September 2015
We're off to a great start! This year we welcome our new art teacher in 1st-3rd grades: Mrs. Leslie MacInnes. She has a wealth of knowledge about ART and a love for children- so she is a fantastic addition to the Issaquah campus!
At the back to school night in Issaquah and Snoqualmie a short film was shown of the first weeks of school.
Here is the link to the back to school films:

Art Party fun- thanks to those parents who purchased this for their children at the SJS auction. Crazy hats, water balloon toss, limbo, pizza, goodie bags and art making!
This is a sculpture several students made completely out of school milk cartons! It is inspired by the sculptor Alexander Calder and has a mobile that features the life cycle of a salmon. |
The finished eagle mascot on the Snoqualmie gym wall!
Many thanks to Beth Banks and Sharon Gelbrich for their help with this! |
